Well after several months of research and setup, we’ve got our wood stabilizing up and running.Â On Thursday, the senior chemical engineer of one of the worlds largest acrylic manufacturers flew into town to be here for our first run. It was a really great day.Â Our formula was tested and produced a high quality product.

All of our stabilized wood is pictured natural….so what you see, is what you get Â Our knife scales and pistol grips are machined flat and sanded to 180 grit.

Here’s a sample of some knife scales from our first day.
